In time for the celebration of the anniversary of Prince William and Princess Kate, Mettel had recreated their wedding on a barbie and ken replica wearing the same featured dress the couple had worn on their wedding day at the Westminster Abbey.

I have always love Barbie and my little daughter so love it too that she wishes that her things were from barbie collection.  But honestly, I haven’t had the chance to own a real barbie doll, we only have enough money to buy us the basic necessity and Barbie dolls are expensive that my grand mother could not afford it.  But this doesn’t hinder my love for Barbie, i remember saving money so i can buy Barbie books, barbie paper dolls and stationery.

I took the liberty of finding my favorite one whom i think was not just beautiful and interesting but mesmerizing. So, if one day i had the chance to buy from the Barbie Exclusive Collection, below are some of those dolls that I wanted to have.

It is always my dream to visit France and see the Eiffel Tower.  I guess having this Barbie Doll would remind me to pursue my dream.

Celebrating the Beauty of Life

They say that there are many things that life can offer and I believe somehow it was true. I’m a melancholic person and i can’t avoid to be sad even for a small reason.  I tend to cry when i am happy and cry harder when I am sad.  I guess that’s what hollywood artists do, they enjoy their life as if there’s no tomorrow.  Padron cigars on their hand, red wine on the other half.

Cigars had long been associated with rich and high profile people and those who used them can be identified.  Cigars is also associated with birth and baptism, most fathers gave cigars when they have a first male born child, they say that it’s a way of gratitude but I really have a limited idea on this tradition.

Whatever it could be, only one is certain, cigars has been a party of festive celebration and that includes the beauty of life.

In time for the wedding anniversary of Prince William and Princess Kate of England, Mattel famous maker of Barbie and Ken dolls will immortalized the royal wedding.  The U.S. manufacturer Mattel announced that they will be releasing a doll set commemorating the one-year anniversary of Prince William and Catherine Middleton’s wedding at the Westminster Abbey last April 29, 2011.

The doll will be dressed in wedding regalia, replicating what the Princess and Prince wear on their wedding day.  Kate’s dollw wears an ivory wedding gown with lace torso and full skirt, which is very similar to the Sarah Burton for Alexander McQueen royal wedding dress that Princess Kate Middleton wear last year.  The doll will also holds a posy of season flowers in one hand, and wears  ivory veil, sparking tiara, and matching drop earrings.

The Prince William doll is outfitted in his scarlet Irish Guards colonel’s uniform, and is topped with a blue Order of the Garter sash stitched with his RAF wings.

Barbie and Ken dressed as Princess William and Princess Kate are set to  priced at $100 and a part of Mattel’s Barbie Collector series designed by Robert Best which is only available for pre-order online at BarbieCollector.com .

Mattle’s had been previously immortalizing weddings , earlier this month, they also released a bride and groom doll versions of Bella and Edward Cullen from the popular “Twilight” saga which earns a billion viewers from all over the world.

And how can you forget this gorgeous Grace Kelly doll?  It is always my intimate wish to own one and that dream still lingers.
