This contest is extended until November 30, 2011 to give chance for you to participate. Because, i will be going to Manila for a week vacation, i could not check your entries yet, so I thought, extending the contest will give me time and for others to join too!
October is the month of breast cancer awareness and in this time, everybody is encourage to participate in spreading the cause. I have been an advocate in my own way of this great cause. Every October, I turn all my blogs into pink with the cancer awareness badge as a pledge of my support. I even joined the Naga City Avon Walk for 125,000 kisses which was held last October 2, 2011 at SM Naga City.
Breast cancer is life threatening and sad to know but the fact says that one of every eight woman can acquire this sickness. But the good thing is that it has a cure that is why early signs are very crucial and early medication is always at best. There is always hope for those who had the sickness because there are many people who believe that they will get through this. It maybe a hard and excruciating battle but if they know that someone do care, the pain will melt and hope will be at sight.
As a way of spreading the cause, I am giving away pink cancer awareness items for my fellow readers and friends and I do hope you can join and let us all paint the town with pink. Mechanics are very easy and even non-bloggers are encourage to join. This contest is available for Philippine residents. (prizes will be mailed to you, free of charge)
